  • Google Workspace: To manage my calendar and emails.

  • Squarespace: To host my website and contact form.

  • Calendly: To manage appointment scheduling. Calendly may process limited personal data and use cookies when you interact with their booking system.

  • HMRC: Only if required by law for tax reporting.

6. No Digital Note-Taking

For your privacy, I do not store coaching session notes digitally or retain sensitive personal reflections in electronic form. Any notes taken during sessions are kept securely in physical format where necessary.

7. Data Retention

I keep your contact and basic transaction data for 6 years to comply with UK tax and legal requirements. If we do not proceed with coaching after a Discovery Call, your contact data will be deleted within 6 months.

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. You can also withdraw your consent for me to contact you at any time.
