  • Book an appointment using my Calendar appointment slots.

I use your information strictly for:

  • Scheduling and conducting coaching sessions.

  • Sending session links and administrative reminders.

  • Basic business record-keeping (e.g., invoicing for tax purposes).

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only processed by the following essential service providers to run my business:

  • Google Workspace: To manage my calendar and emails.

  • Squarespace: To host my website and contact form.

  • Calendly: To schedule sessions.

  • HMRC: Only if required by law for tax reporting.

6. No Digital Note-Taking

For your privacy, I do not store digital session notes or sensitive personal history on my computer or cloud storage. Any notes taken during sessions are handwritten and stored securely in a physical format.

7. Data Retention

I keep your contact and basic transaction data for 6 years to comply with UK tax and legal requirements. If we do not proceed with coaching after a discovery call, your contact data will be deleted within 6 months.

8. Your Rights

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal data. You can also withdraw your consent for me to contact you at any time.
