Before training as a transformational coach, I spent my career in senior communications roles, working in complex, high-pressure environments where judgement, responsibility, and change were part of everyday life.

I know first-hand what it’s like to carry decisions, manage expectations, and keep moving — even when things no longer feel aligned.

Like many accomplished professionals, there came a point where experience and external success didn’t automatically translate into certainty about what should come next — particularly through moments of transition, return, or redefinition.

So I decided to do something about it: shifting from crafting messaging to listening deeply. Rather than shaping narratives, I now focus on creating change by noticing patterns, asking powerful questions and guiding thoughtful reflection.

Today, I work with experienced professionals at pivotal crossroads, offering a grounded, structured space to gain perspective and decide what comes next — on their own terms.
